“There is no grief like the grief that does not speak.”

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Welcome to Your Journey of Growth and Healing

The lotus flower is one of the most powerful metaphors for grief and healing because of how it grows.

A lotus begins its life buried deep in dark, murky water—rooted in mud that is dense, heavy, and unseen. It doesn’t grow despite these conditions; it grows because of them. The mud nourishes it.

Grief is much the same. It can feel like being submerged—everything becomes cloudy, heavy, and disorienting. There’s no clear path forward, just emotional weight: sadness, anger, confusion, even numbness. This is the “mud” phase of grief. It’s uncomfortable and often invisible to others, but it is also where the deepest internal work begins.

Join me on a 12-week journey of growth and healing as we navigate the deep waters of grief turn our healing into something beautiful.
