About Me

I am a certified, trauma-informed grief coach focusing on helping introverts and highly-sensitive individuals navigate their journey through grief and loss in a loud and overwhelming world.

I have personally experienced multiple types of compound grief, losing several foundational people in my life within a cruelly brief span of time. Those losses fundamentally changed me, altering the lens through which I viewed my life and relationships and completely rearranging my priorities.

My own experience as a highly-sensitive introvert taught me that our profound grief is often felt in silence, either because our depth of feeling is uncomfortable for others or because our culture has taught us that our emotions are altogether inconvenient in the perpetual motion of life.

The sadness, depression, loneliness, anger, exhaustion, shame, guilt, and other complex emotions you feel can be overwhelming, and it can feel impossible to navigate daily life while trying to process your grief.

That’s why I am here.

My mission is to give you a safe, calm space to allow those emotions to be felt and moved through so that you can emerge from those depths able to breathe… to bloom.
