What is Grief Coaching?
Grief coaching is a supportive, safe space for people navigating grief and loss.
Unlike therapy, grief coaching is not focused on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, it offers compassionate guidance, nervous system support, practical tools, and space to process the many layers of grief that can exist alongside everyday life.
Through trauma-informed support, reflective conversation, somatic practices, and gentle guidance, grief coaching can help you feel less alone, better understand your grief, reconnect with yourself, and find ways to carry both love and loss at the same time. No matter what type of grief you are processing, you deserve support that honors your experience, and who you are, without trying to “fix” it.
“Until now I had been able only to grieve, not mourn. Grief was passive. Grief happened. Mourning, the act of dealing with grief, required attention.” ― Joan Didion
The Program
The Sorrow to Solace 12-week program guides you through your healing journey by identifying and exploring the types of loss you may be experiencing, and developing tools to carry with you as you navigate your daily life in the aftermath. I provide trauma-informed coaching in a safe, calm space to lead you through the deep work of your grieving process with empathy, support, and encouragement.
